Japanese Language Immersion Travel Program Overview

  • Student Age Levels: Local Sri Lankan learners aged 18-35 (Those who will come to Japan for study and work, Japanese learning university students N4-N3 level).
  • Aim: Connect Japanese travelers with local language learners (15,000 + total in sri lanka, just second to English language) for mutual practice, cultural exchange, and meaningful friendships while exploring Sri Lanka.

Japanese Language Immersion Travel Program (1-4 Weeks, can be extended)

Week 1: Orientation & Beginner Connection

Introductory Japanese sessions with local learners (About to migrate and work in Japan, university students N5-N3 level). Icebreaker activities (self-introductions, daily phrases, cultural sharing). Assess group levels and pair travelers with learning buddies for 1:1 practice. Plan weekly conversation themes with local teachers. Week 2: Daily Life Japanese + Local Friendships
